**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH applies systems engineering methods and techniques to the development of military land vehicles.

As Team Leader System Analysis and Requirements Engineering, you will work at the subsystem level of the overall vehicle.
- Coordination and technical management of the System Analysis team
- Project planning and monitoring of all system artifacts of the team at the subsystem level in terms of time, quality, and budget to achieve project milestones
- Ensuring the commissioning of subcontractors (M/F/d) for the external awarding of system artifacts at the subsystem level
- Resource planning for the projects and ensuring cooperation
- between all development participants in technical matters
- Supporting technical project management and the core development team in acquisition through technical concepts, cost estimation, review of compliance matrix and milestones
- Collaborating in the creation of system artifacts at the subsystem level
- System and use case analysis, feature specification, functional and logical
- decomposition of features

**WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE**
- University degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering, physics, or comparable
- Experience in the technical management of teams
- Several years of experience in system development according to the V-model and with product development processes in the military or automotive sector
- Several years of experience in systems engineering, requirements engineering, and/or technical project management is an advantage
- Knowledge of system development with system architectures, MBSE, and DOORS, DOORS NG is advantageous
- Very good written and spoken German and good English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, assertiveness, and
- Ability to work under pressure, as well as good knowledge of change management
