- Establishment & technical/ disciplinary leadership of the E/E Vehicle Management Team
- Coordination of external development partners for the E/E-specific toolchain
- Development of necessary technical competencies & resources for E/E integration tools & processes
- Budget responsibility for the E/E Vehicle Management

**Your profile**
- Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 4 years experience within an automotive OEM or tier-1 supplier, ideally with focus on E/E systems & vehicle development
- Profound knowledge in the areas of release management, integration management, problem & change management
- Leadership experience, intercultural competence, ability to work in a team & assertiveness
- Very good knowledge of German & English, both written & spoken
