**Development Specialist Pneumatic Flow Control Valves (M/F/d)**
**Your job**:
- Independent design and development of compact pneumatic throttle and check valves as well as functional combinations
- Development and optimization of technical concepts for large-scale production, e.g. plastic injection molded parts
- Coordination of development tasks
- Planning and execution of preliminary tests
- Creation of required 2D/3D data as well as the corresponding simulations
- Carrying out competitive and market analyses from a technical point of view
- Active cooperation with simulation, testing, production, suppliers and the development departments of the product lines
- Support during qualification and release
- Series support of the products, i.e. development of proposals regarding cost saving potentials, quality improvements as well as technical modifications
**Your qualification**:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, precision engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in design and development
- Experience in methods of solution finding and problem solving, such as FMEA
- Initial experience with safety-related components, reliability parameters and safety principles
- Good knowledge of plastic injection molding and machining technologies for very compact components as well as pneumatic throttle valves and pneumatic connection technology
- Good CAD skills, ideally with Creo Parametric and Windchill
- Knowledge of strength simulation and tolerance calculation, ideally with SimTol
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as integration ability within national and international development teams
