Your tasks:
- Support of the IZ division in **project controlling and compliance management**(in the Controlling & Compliance team of the International Cooperation Department)
- Analysis, improvement, and documentation of departmental processes
- Support in reporting with the help of MS Excel and support in the maintenance of financial and project management systems
- Assist in auditing receipts, project budgets and financial reports of publicly and privately funded projects
- Research work and processing of project information in graphs, tables and presentations
- Collaboration in the establishment and further development of a knowledge management system
- Flexible tasks according to your needs
Your profile:
- Student in the** field of economics/social sciences** with basic knowledge of accounting and controlling
- Available for at least one year
- Independent & structured work as well as quick comprehension & good analytical skills
- Affinity for numbers and systems
- Good knowledge of the English and French language, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of German and Spanish language will be an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
