**Position Overview**:
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function provides a cross-risk view of the Bank’s risk profile across risk types, businesses, and geographies. The function also owns risk type overarching responsibility for key risk management capabilities, like risk appetite, risk identification and group wide stress testing, and is the risk controlling function for credit risk.

The Credit Risk Control Function is a recently established team within ERM responsible for setting and cascading credit risk appetite, self-governing portfolio monitoring of overall credit risk profile across the bank and its divisions, CLP reporting, forecasting and monitoring, as well as ownership of selected credit risk models. The team is a key partner to, and works closely with, the credit risk organization.

Risk Portfolio is responsible for the strategic portfolio management agenda/objectives/risk appetite and for its effective implementation, in line with the Division/bank’s strategy. Work includes:

- Identifying financial, insurance, operational, project, market and/or regulatory risk
- Identifying, monitoring, analyzing and characterizing potential risks, Assessing vulnerability of critical assets to specific risks
- Providing strategic advice and guidance to support the execution of strategy and the mitigation of risks, in line with internal policies and legal/ regulatory frameworks
- Analyzing existing governance and processes and suggest improvements
- Creating risk analysis and modelling to assess probability of specific risks occurring and evaluating/valuing the impact/consequences of occurrence
- Developing process and procedures to report on, manage, and mitigate risks to acceptable levels
- Reporting to internal and external stakeholder, including regulatory reporting
- Execution of model owner/ senior model user roles & responsibilities, ECL model center of expertise; model monitoring; model development oversight and dialogue
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and representing the function in internal and/or external forums to influence decision-making and the development of policy and best practice

**Skills**:

- An analytical mindset and good approach to problem solving
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and structured working approach
- Preferred IT Skills: SAS, Python, Advance Excel(VBA), Microstrategy, MS Access
- Fluent English and German; additional languages valued
