**DESCRIPTION**:
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our Media & Entertainment team, working with Enterprise customers in this dynamic and rapidly evolving industry. This role combines deep technical expertise with industry-specific knowledge to help media companies, streaming platforms, content creators, broadcasters, and entertainment studios transform their businesses through cloud adoption.

As a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in Media & Entertainment, you will be the trusted technical advisor to C-level executives, and senior engineering leaders at major entertainment companies. You'll architect complex, large-scale solutions that address the unique challenges of content creation, distribution, monetization, and audience engagement in the digital entertainment landscape. Your expertise will span from traditional broadcast workflows to streaming architectures, from content supply chain optimization to AI-powered personalization engines.

You will partner closely with AWS Sales teams and cross-functional organizations to drive significant revenue growth while helping customers navigate the technical complexities of media transformation. This includes architecting solutions for live streaming at global scale, building resilient content delivery networks, implementing advanced analytics for audience insights, and designing secure, compliant workflows for content protection and rights management.

Key job responsibilities

Strategic Customer Partnership: Build and maintain executive-level relationships with senior leadership at major media and entertainment companies, serving as their primary technical advisor for cloud transformation initiatives

Complex Solution Architecture: Design and deliver end-to-end architectures for modern media workflows including live streaming, VOD platforms, content processing pipelines, and multi-platform distribution systems

Industry Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of media industry challenges, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to provide prescriptive guidance on digital transformation strategies

Revenue Impact: Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and close complex enterprise opportunities, directly contributing to significant revenue growth in the media vertical

Technical Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams through complex implementations, providing architectural oversight and ensuring solutions meet the customer's performance, security, and compliance requirements

Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry discourse through white papers, conference presentations, and customer case studies that showcase innovative approaches to media technology challenges

Innovation Catalyst: Identify emerging technology trends and help customers understand how innovations like AI/ML, and immersive technologies can create competitive advantages
