**Job Description**:

- Assisting in derivation of recommendations for action to derive a sustainable improvement of the shopping experience (Customer Experience)

- Supporting the CX team in daily life suchwithincluding Further development of existing concepts and solutions for measuring the loyalty economy
- preparation of NPS KPI’s reporting related to key NPS measurements to be used within corporate units and METROcountry levelscountries countries, and in expanding internal CX communicationAssisting in preparation and further development of internal CX communication
- Assisting in handling ofOperationalcountry and corporate demands related to NPS and interacting with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill the requestsand continuous collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill these
- Assumption of technical project management, such as enriching the functionalities of NPS measurement software
- Assisting in Product Ownership: backlog management, handling of product development requests from both corporate units and Metro METRO countries
- Assisting in further development of data analytics and solutions for measuring loyalty economics

**Qualifications**:

- Successfully completed studies in economics or engineering or a comparable degree, ideally with specific market and/or wholesale knowledgeat least first year of studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, CRM or relevant degree
- Relevant experience in the field of customer experience or theoretical and practical knowledge of the principles of customer experience along with previous internship completion mandatory
- Experience in CRM, Data analytics, IT Product ownership and Excel will be of a benefit
- Relevant experience in the field of customer experience or theoretical and practical knowledge of the principles of customer experience as well as mathematical and statistical methodological skills
- Extended knowledge of the Net Promoter System (NPS) and understanding of the NPS elements 'Innerloop' and 'Outerloop' and their interrelationships within the field of activity
- Experience in using relevant 'tools' for data evaluation, very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent in spoken and written Englishh, willingness to travel and team player mentality
- Team player mentality, sStrong problem-solving skills, analytical, excellent communication skills, self-organized, and a structured and analytical approach, withwith mental flexibility and creativity
