Mit derzeit 24 Mitarbeiter*innen und einem Stamm von ca. 2.500 Interviewer*innen betreuen wir von unserem Sitz Bonn aus namhafte Institute und Unternehmen aus aller Welt.

**Junior Researcher / Projektleitung (m/w/d)**

für die selbstständige Betreuung von Marktforschungsprojekten und die aktive Steuerung von Felddienstleistungen werden Sie intensiv von einem erfahrenen Projektleiter eingearbeitet.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Planung und Steuerung der Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden
- Preiskalkulation und Erstellen von Angeboten für nationale und internationale Kunden
- Qualitätssicherung
- Betreuung und Entwicklung von neuen und bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen

**Ihr Idealprofil**:

- Sozialwissenschaftliches Studium - oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Fachangestellten für Markt
- und Sozialforschung
- Kenntnisse im Bereich der quantitativen und qualitativen Marktforschung
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Produkten; Kenntnisse in SPSS, einer anderen Statistiksoftware oder einfache Programmierkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Spaß am selbstständigen Arbeiten und betriebswirtschaftliches Denken
- Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten und Lust darauf, Projekte in Teamarbeit umzusetzen
- Souveränes Auftreten und Spaß am Kundenkontakt

Idealerweise besteht ein perspektivisches Interesse an folgenden Aufgaben:

- Konzeption von Untersuchungsdesigns und Erhebungsinstrumenten
- Datenaufbereitung, Analyse und Erstellen von Ergebnispräsentationen
- Moderation von Gruppendiskussionen
