**Your mission**:
As our Operations Working Student (M/F/x), you support our most critical operational execution efforts. You gain an inside perspective on an early-stage startup and build up deep functional expertise.

In this position, you will take on responsibility quickly and work directly with our COO. Our Operations internships are a unique opportunity to learn, experience and join a first-class team. With us, no two days are the same. The following tasks will be part of your new role:

- Support the execution of our operational process from order receipt to order fulfillment and delivery to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction
- Contribute to sourcing campaigns by contacting potential suppliers, gauging collaborative interest and kicking-off the onboarding process
- Take care of the coordination and operational management of suppliers and logistics service providers
- Own 1-2 organization-wide operational and strategic projects independently, particularly in the areas of operations, logistics, supply chain optimization and commercial flows
- Supervise the processing of production orders, documentation in internal CRM systems
- Support the leadership team with any ad-hoc projects and reporting

**Your profile**:

- You are studying mechanical engineering or manufacturing/industrial engineering or another related degree
- You have already completed internships in operations, additive manufacturing or industrial engineering and have a first applied understanding of additive manufacturing
- You have exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail, as well as a hands-on mentality
- You are highly ambitious and enjoy working independently and having lots of responsibility
- You love manufacturing and have a natural interest in on-demand manufacturing technologies
- You are business fluent in English, second language is a big plus
