**Das bewegst du bei uns**:

- Du bist für die operative und disziplinarische Führung unserer beiden Teams aus den Bereichen UX & Content und Online-Marketing verantwortlich und verstehst es deine Mitarbeiter:innen zu motivieren und sie auf ein gemeinsames Ziel auszurichten.
- Du bringst uns mit deiner Strategieentwicklung und dessen Umsetzung in beiden Bereichen voran Dein stetiges Ziel ist es, unsere/n Kund:innen eine kundenorientierte Online Customer Journey zu bieten und die Effizienz unserer Online-Marketingaktivitäten zu maximieren.
- Du führst regelmäßige Erfolgskontrollen anhand ausgewählter KPIs durch. Dabei identifizierst du Verbesserungspotentiale, leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab und leitest Maßnahmen zu deren Optimierung ein.
- Du trägst die direkte Budgetverantwortung für beide Bereiche und die indirekte Umsatzverantwortung durch deinen maßgeblichen Beitrag in der Online-Marketingstrategie.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Teamleiter:innen überarbeitest bzw. etablierst du interne Prozesse und sorgst für effiziente Arbeitsabläufe.
- Du bist für die Konzeptentwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Förderung des kosteneffizienten Online-Abverkaufs verantwortlich.
- Du bist ein absoluter Networker - In deiner Funktion bildest du die Schnittstelle zwischen den Warenbereichen, dem Marketing und dem Digital-Bereich und trägst zu einem zielorientierten Informationsfluss bei.

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaft und kannst auf eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Online-Marketing zurückblicken.
- Du bringst Führungserfahrung mit - Dein Führungsstil ist empathisch, auf Augenhöhe und richtungs
- bzw. impulsgebend.
- Deinem Adlerauge entgeht nichts - Du behältst deine Zahlen stets im Blick und besitzt die Fähigkeit, deine Visionen in spezifische Maßnahmen umzusetzen.
- Du bist eine offene und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit und Sparringspartner für deine Kolleg:innen und Führungskraft.
