Team Lead Digital Contracting

Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG offers financing, leasing, vehicle subscriptions and rentals, fleet management, digital charging and payment services, insurance brokerage and innovative mobility services.

Following the strategy of the Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG (MBM) to digitize and automate the business processes including the money lending process the role of the Team Lead (L4) Digital Contracting resides in the Global Digital Solution Center Sales of the Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG within the CTO unit. The Digital Solution Center Sales is responsible for designing and delivering digital solutions globally for the domain sales within the MBM.

The Team Lead Digital Contracting is responsible leading a co-created product centric team with highly educated business & technology experts with the respective agile roles. The team operates based on agile methodologies and is responsible for several digital products relating to Digital Contracting (eContracting). The strategy of the team is to establish & rollout globally scalable digital products such as Document Creation, eSignature and eKYC not only to ensure the digital transormation of the business processes but also to harmonize the digital product landscape globally in the area of eContracting. The contribution of the team is majorly in the strategic areas such as VdZ (Retail of the Future), MB.OC (Mercedes-Benz Omni-Channel (Commerce)), OneHouse etc.

**Your tasks in detail:
- Lead and coach a co-created team of around 16 internal business & technology experts
- Full responsibility of strategic development, implementation and operation of the company wide global Document Creation, eSignature and eKYC solutions
- Scaling the strategic products into the different markets globally ensuring strategic initiatives such as MB.OC, Retail of Future (VdZ), Digital Lending Model, OneHouse etc.
- Integrating the eContracting solutions into different retail and direct online touch-points
- Close alignment and integration with other related digital products such as INFINITE, DSPNext etc.
- Drive the product strategy together with colleagues from our business departments responsible for business process harmonization
- Prioritize work according to the strategy
- Participate and actively represent IT in management and alignment meetings
- Leverage and further build up the network within MBM, Mercedes-Benz Group and the Online Sales Eco-System
- Ensure continuous innovation through processes, methods, platforms and IT solutions

**Qualifikationen**:
**What you bring to the table**:
**Education:
- Completed degree in computer science, business/management or equivalent qualification

**Experience and specific knowledge:
**- 5 years of professional experience in a comparable area with leadership responsibility
- Experiences in the area of Software Projects, Financial Services Business and Leadership
- Very good know-how in the area of Software Development LifeCycles, common IT Architecture Designs and up-to-date technologies i.e. API Architecture, Microservice Architecture, Cloud operations, DevOps concepts etc.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management and working in an international context
- Very good knowledge in agile software development methods and rapid prototyping
