***Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortung für die Leitung der übergeordneten Abteilung Manufacturing IT & Automation im Bereich Technik, welche die Gruppen Prozess
- und Gebäudeautomation, Elektrotechnik sowie die Elektrowerkstatt umfasst
- Fachliche sowie disziplinarische Führung der Gruppenleitungen
- Leitung von Projekten im Hinblick auf die Planung, Auswahl, Beschaffung und Inbetriebnahme von Prozessleit-, SCADA- sowie Automatisierungssystemen im benötigen Zeit-, Kosten und Qualitätsumfang
- Planung von Ressourcen sowie dazugehörige Prioritätensetzung und Koordination der Investitionsplanungen beim Einsatz von Mitarbeitenden in Projekten sowie im Anlagenbetrieb
- Coaching der Gruppenleitungen innerhalb der Abteilung
- Koordination und Schnittstellenmanagement hinsichtlich der technischen Planung von Projekten unter Einbeziehung aller fachlichen Beteiligten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium der Fachrichtung Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufspraxis in einer vergleichbaren Position mit Führungserfahrung
- Fachkenntnisse im GMP-Umfeld
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
