As our new
**Staff Specialist Product Marketing **, you will be at the forefront of our
**power semiconductor innovation **. Your mission will be to design the
**long-term strategy **and
**roadmap **for our
**novel power switches **(IGBTs, SiC MOSFETs, Diodes)

and
**intelligent power devices **. You will collaborate closely with our
**technical **and
**market requirements **and develop compelling
**value propositions **for our products and system solutions.

- **Bring Ideas to Life**: Work hand in hand with our cross-functional teams and R&D experts to transform innovative concepts into market-ready products
- **Strengthen Partnerships**: Build strong alliances and foster trust with internal and external stakeholders, including our lead customers, to drive collaborative success
- **Market Analysis**: Evaluate new product and technology concepts, analyzing market opportunities, competitive solutions, and creating robust business cases
- **Business Strategy**: Play a pivotal role in developing and managing business strategies for new product development to fuel revenue growth and enhance profitability

You have a deep

**Who You Are**

A tech-savvy marketeer with:

- A **university degree **in **Electrical Engineering **, **Microelectronics **, or **Business Administration**:

- **Up to 5 years of experience **in **Product Marketing **, **Business Development **, or **Application Engineering **, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Exceptional **relationship-building skills **and a **customer-oriented mindset**:

- An interest for **traveling **as you will collaborate with internal and external contacts around the world
- **Fluent English skills **. German skills are beneficial
