**Responsibilities**:
- Create and deliver polished UI mockups.
- Collaborate with the Product Designer to refine designs, maintain consistent user experience across the product, and exchange design feedback.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to understand product requirements.
- Partner with Software Engineers to ensure execution of product / UX tasks.
- Identify and suggest new product improvement opportunities.
- Research technical requirements and understand how those impact the user experience.
- Research proposed product solutions: perform UX studies, competitive research and others.
- Collaborate with Brand Designers to align product visuals with the company’s brand identity.
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in a UI Design or Product Design role working on a B2B product
- ** Technical grasp.** Ability to understand complex software engineering concepts through research, interest in the field, or personal experience.
- ** User-centric approach.** Design with a clear focus on our particular users, and understanding them and their particular needs.
- ** Excellent communication skills**. Able to present UX decisions and reasoning to stakeholders. Has a good sense of how to structure a presentation.
- ** Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.** Comfortable questioning assumptions when appropriate to deliver a better solution.
- ** Good visual design sense.** Can design user interfaces that are clear, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with modern UI patterns.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working on a developer-oriented or cloud-ecosystem product.
- Software development experience, background or hobby.
- An interest in the world of software development, the cloud and beyond.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure would be a strong advantage.
