- Have an impact:
Du bist maßgeblich an der Steuerung unserer rasanten Expansion in der Übergangsphase zwischen early-stage und growth-stage beteiligt und hast direkten Einfluss darauf, wo das nächste limehome entsteht.
- Be our Quality Gate:
Du analysierst potentielle neue Märkte und sorgst dafür, dass die Qualitätskriterien unserer Expansionsstrategie eingehalten werden.
- Challenge and question our decisions:
Du eignest Dir Marktwissen and und entwickelst Dich dadurch zu einem wichtigen Sparringspartner für unsere Sales Manager.
- Drive your ideas forward:
Du wirkst an strategischen Projekten an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business Development, Business Intelligence, Marketing und dem Physical Product mit und unterstützt uns bei der Verbesserung unserer Tools.
- Optimise our processes:
Du entwickelst robuste und schlanke Prozesse zwischen dem Expansion Team und dem Product Team und trägst so zur Skalierbarkeit von limehome bei.
- Strengthen your Start-Up skills:
Bei limehome erhältst du die Chance, Erfahrung in einem schnell wachsenden Start-Up zu sammeln und lernst vielfältige analytische Skills, die in jedem Start-Up gefragt sind.

Anforderungen

Was Du brauchst, um bei uns nach den Sternen zu greifen:

- Du bist an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben, Deine Leidenschaft liegt im analytischen und Du hast eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität.
- Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrung durch Praktika in strategischen Bereichen in einem datengetriebenen und dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld sammeln.
- Du liebst es, Probleme zu lösen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und stetsetwas Neues zu lernen.
- Du arbeitest gerne und sicher mit Excel und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit Data Analytics und Visualisierung Tools.
- Du kommunizierst effektiv und sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
- Idealerweise hast Du Interesse daran, nach Deinem Praktikum in Vollzeit bei uns durchzustarten und fester Teil unseres Rocketships zu werden (#roadtounicorn).
