**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Leitung und Steuerung u.a. funktionsübergreifender und strategischer Projekte mit internen als auch externen Partnern, sowie Management der Interdependenzen zwischen Projekten im Unternehmen
- Know-How Aufbau und Verbreitung von Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten im Unternehmen
- Herstellung von Transparenz zu den wichtigen und relevanten Projekten im Unternehmen
- Regelmäßiges Reporting des Fortschritts der betreuten Projekte an den CEO C-EU
- Budgetverantwortung
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Abteilung Business Excellence und seiner Mitarbeiter
- Förderung der Identifikation der Mitarbeiter mit den Unternehmenszielen
- Durchführung von jährlichen Beurteilungsgesprächen der eigenen Mitarbeitenden

**Ihr Profil**:

- Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Business Administration oder vergleichbar
- Mind. 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung, Vorkenntnisse in der Touristik wünschenswert
- Führungsqualitäten (disziplinarisch und/oder fachlich)
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
- Sehr gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
- Aufbereitung und Präsentation von Projekten / Ergebnissen auf C-Level Ebene
- Hohes analytisches Verständnis, sehr strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Lösungskompetenz
- Analytische, problemlösungsorientierte und gleichzeitig gewinnende Persönlichkeit
- Koordinationsstärke, Durchsetzungs
- und Konfliktfähigkeit
