**Finance Administrator/Sachbearbeiter in der Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d)**

Im Bereich Finance dokumentieren wir sämtliche zahlenbasierten Vorgänge im Unternehmen unter Einhaltung der handelsrechtlichen und steuerrechtlichen Vorgaben. Zur Verstärkung der täglichen Arbeit benötigen wir deine Unterstützung.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Kontrolle und Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen
- Erstellung von Belastungen und die Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Durchführung von Bankbuchungen und Übernahme der Debitorenrechnungen
- Erstellung und Abwicklung von Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Kontrolle und Bearbeitung der OP-Liste
- Mitarbeit bei den Abschluss
- und Abstimmarbeiten im Zuge der Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise Zusatzausbildung im

Finanzwesen (z.B. Bilanzbuchhalter) bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung von min. 3 Jahren, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen

Industrieunternehmen
- Kenntnisse im Umsatzsteuerrecht
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP R/3 - FI sind wünschenswert
- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Higher Intermediate)
- Umfassende Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere gute Excel-Kenntnisse
