Clay is the first mental health training club. As the "Peloton for Mental Health," we offer personalized training plans and a community for your mental matters, presented by real psychologists. We are a fast-growing venture-backed startup founded on the belief that there should be a modern & digital approach to reaching mental health goals, one that encourages to openly talk about mental illness. One that removes the stigma of mental illness and is focused on preventive care. ️ Our mobile-first and video-led product combine the latest science, best tech, and a unique user experience. Tasks - Work alongside the clay's founding team to plan and execute our product strategy. - Drive product ideas and prioritize features based on impact. - Write detailed requirements for top-prio features. - Partner effectively with the product manager, designers, and engineers to clarify requirements. - Test hypotheses and conduct fact-based analyses to help us execute growth opportunities that will bring clay to the next level. - Take on ownership from day one and work on high-priority strategic projects. **Requirements**: - You completed your Bachelor's or pursue a Master's degree in business, management, engineering, or other relevant fields from a renowned university. - You have a hands-on mentality and a hunger to learn. You love to take on ownership for tasks and lead your projects to successful outcomes. - Your German and English language skills are on a fluent level. - You preferably have time for a 3-6 month internship starting immediately. - You are talented in quickly grasping problems and finding solutions and you enjoy communicating with stakeholders inside and outside the organization. - Passion for mental health topics. - A plus: You already gained relevant experience with fitness-tech and/or ed-tech products. **Benefits**: - Work in a true product company: Our customers are what matters most.
