Join our journey as together we accelerate a sustainably connected Europe. **Working Student Supplier Management (M/F/d) for Vantage Towers (german-speaking)** Do you have a strong sense of initiative? Are you open to practical experience in supplier management? Then become part of our team as a Student Employee Supplier Management (M/F/d). In your role, you will provide administrative support to the supplier management team and gain exciting insights into the infrastructure development of Vantage Towers Germany. **Your challenges**: - You support the implementation of a new sharepoint for supplier management and migrate the data and structures of the "former" partner management. - You create a standard SLA/KPI matrix for different contracts. - You create and manage sharepoints and support the creation of a checklist for suppliers. - You create a master database (Excel) for transparent presentation of all suppliers. - You maintain and create powers of attorney and organise supplier trainings. **Your qualification**: - Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in the field of business administration, economics or similar as well as first practical experience as a working student. - Willingness to work about 20 hours a week - Strong IT skills (especially MS Office and Sharepoint) - High level of organisational talent, initiative and reliability - Strong Power Point presentation skills - Very good communication and information skills - Fluent German & English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR) We advertise this position for Vantage Towers AG at our location in Düsseldorf.
