**What to Expect**

Location: Berlin

Start Date: January/February 2025

Duration: 6 Months

Time-Type: Full Time

You will be part of the Real Estate team, a vital team at Tesla within the Retail Development team, primarily being involved with the opening and management of physical Tesla locations. As well as supporting the team, the role will assist with the creation and maintenance of the Tesla EU Real Estate Strategy.
The role will involve dealing with different stakeholders and assist with the creation of a model which to predict Real Estate requirements across Europe. There will further be a large review of the existing portfolio and determine strategic decisions for lease renewals/expansion opportunities. This role will involve lease reviewing, data inputting and Real Estate administration work.

**What You'll Do**
- Improve analytical skills through analysis of Real Estate utilization / supply and demand
- Learn how to maintain day-to-day management relationships
- Assist with creation of business cases
- Improve presentations / reporting skills
- Assist Lease documentation creation with close support of the Real Estate management team, through to lease signature
- Set up landlords as Tesla vendors

**What You'll Bring**
- Fluency in English and German/Polish (excellent written and verbal skills)
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably a Real Estate or Analytical relevant field)
- Capable of working in a fast paced and always changing environment
- Proactive work mentality
- The ability to keep an overview and improve processes
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving oriented
- A strong team player
- Strong Excel skills essential
