For our boutique in **Berlin Kudamm**, we are looking for a **Supervisor**with passion and drive. As a member of our team, you are responsible for supervising the team, excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards _. _You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

**Job responsibilities**:
**Management**
- Supervise the day-to-day operations within the team
- Manage the integration of new joiners and help manager to assign responsibilities
- Share ideas regularly and follow up the tasks delegated by the manager
- Organizing regular team meetings and sales training sessions
- Spot Coaching with the team on the sales ceremony
- Improve synergies with other boutiques

**Supervising Performance & Sales**
- Maintaining the customer database and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Achieve sales target by mastering the use of selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge
- Contribute to the global team performance by being a Role Model
- Know targets (by product category) in terms of daily, weekly and monthly sales in order to push the sales team and motivate them
- Selling and guiding the team on the sales ceremony
- Collecting information regarding product trends & client needs

**Floor Management**
- Customer reception, advice and support as well as fulfilment of special needs and wishes of our customers
- Dedicate a large part of your time on the sales floor
- Guarantee the transmission of the passion for the Brand within the department
- Optimize relationship with customers through regular contacts
- Ensure the upkeep of the selling space and the image of the store

**Retail Operations**
- Organize and contribute to stock management
- Be available for supporting the sales and handle with payments when necessary
- Control and maintain floor display area and merchandise
- Processing and checking incoming goods, carrying out inventories and minimizing stock and warehouse shortages

**Profile**:

- 3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality environment
- Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the Maison
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and agile mindset
- Ability to develop lasting relationships with people through strong communication
- Provide outstanding customer service including in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
- Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
