**Information Security Officer - Fixed salary up to €100,000- (Fluent German Needed) Location - Essen (2 days a week onsite)**

The Role
- Oversee all information security matters.
- Manage the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
- Maintain ISO 27001 certification
- Monitor ISMS performance and goal achievement, continuously improving through a plan-do-check-act cycle
- Document information security measures and develop process descriptions and guidelines
- Communicate ISMS status and generate reports
- Conduct internal audits and support external auditors
- Train employees and service providers on information security

Your Profile
- Successfully completed a degree in business computer science, industrial engineering, economics, or equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in IT infrastructures including cloud, virtualization, network, security, identity, and access management
- Several years of experience in information security.
