DocMorris is a fully-owned subsidiary of the DocMorris AG of Switzerland, which generated revenue of EUR 1.081,6 million in the Germany segment in 2022 and currently has 10 million active customers. The platform covers all activities related to holistic digital healthcare provision, from diagnosis with an online doctor to pharmaceutical advice and the medication, healthcare product or digital solution required.

The DocMorris healthcare platform is the market leader in online pharmacies and the leading provider of health tech solutions in the prescription process and telemedicine. DocMorris gives customers easy access to all healthcare services in one place.

**Key**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the Workday team, providing guidance, act as primary point of contact for Workday related topics and support in priority setting to ensure team goals are met.
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday modules, including HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Leave of Absence, Time tracking and Performance.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Workday system.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and new features, and implement them as appropriate.
- Manage the relationship with the external agency to ensure they are utilised cost effectively and deliver high quality services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven h ands-on experience with Workday configuration and in managing Workday modules and implementations.
- Workday certifications (Fundamentals/Advanced) for various modules, business processes, reporting or comparable.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices in Workday and interfaces with other tools.
- First e x perience in leadership and passionate about team management and development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as a bility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
