**Jobbeschreibung**: Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams in Berlin, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf und Hamburg suchen wir ab sofort Transaction Lawyer/Wirtschaftsjuristen (m/w/x) in Vollzeit.

In Deiner Funktion als Transaction Lawyer bist Du insbesondere in die Arbeit in den Bereichen Wettbewerbs
- und Kartellrecht, Konfliktlösung, Gesellschaftsrecht (M&A) und auch in die Arbeit anderer Praxisgruppen eingebunden.

**Das sind Deine Aufgaben**:

- Mitarbeit bei komplexen Klageverfahren mit einer Vielzahl von rechtlichen, koordinierenden und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten unter Einsatz von LegalTech Tools
- Koordinierung vielseitiger Aufgaben in nationalen und europäischen Fusionskontrollverfahren
- Inhaltliche Mitwirkung bei der Anmeldung im Rahmen von Recherchetätigkeiten und Schriftsatzentwürfen
- Analyse fusionskontrollrechtlicher Anmeldepflichten in diversen Jurisdiktionen
- Koordinierung von Sachverhaltsermittlungen in Kartellverfahren
- Auswertung von Unterlagen/Beweismitteln in nationalen und internationalen Großverfahren im Kartell
- und Zivilrecht sowie in internen Audits (E-Searches)
- Sämtliche Themen mit Bezug zu Unternehmenstransaktionen (M&A), Finanzierungsmandaten und Immobilientransaktionen
- Entwurf und Bearbeitung von Transaktionsdokumenten (wie etwa Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarungen und Vollmachten) und Erstellung gesellschaftsrechtlicher Unterlagen
- Zusammenstellung und Verwaltung von Vertragsanlagen
- Durchsicht von Unternehmensdokumenten im Rahmen der Due Diligence Phase und Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Büros und internationalen Partnerkanzleien

**Das ist Dein Profil**:

- Juristischer Studienabschluss in Wirtschaftsrecht (Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) / Master of Laws (LL.M.) mit überdurchschnittlichem Abschluss oder vergleichbares Studium im Ausland
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
- Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
- Kreativität und Eigeninitiative sowie soziale Kompetenz und Teamgeist

Die Stelle ist zunächst befristet auf ein Jahr. Eine Weiterbeschäftigung wird angestrebt.
