You are responsible for our Scout-wide SEM measures and the corresponding strategy. Together with your team, you lead our paid search campaigns for the different target groups and products to success. You actively contribute to achieving the company's goals and act as an interface to other performance disciplines and the product organization. You are passionate about creating growth. **How your role will look like**: - You hold the SEM reins: You take the responsibility for the leadership and the further development of the SEM team across two locations - You strategically conceive, optimize and develop the campaigns of different products and target groups to grow revenues mainly through leads and sales in given ROAS guidance, but also work hands-on on bigger campaigns by yourself - You together with the Head of performance marketing act as first point of contact for the product organisation for SEM topics and optimization of their search campaigns - You are doing budget planning and shifting across search campaigns - You exchange with other performance marketing leads for optimal overall budget allocation - You prepare and analyse performance and optimisation reports - You negotiate pricing options and contract extensions - You are proactive in keeping up to date with trends in PPC and SEM and you constantly monitor the market - You inspire your team with new ideas and a proactive attitude - You are the first contact person to the head of performance marketing when it comes to SEM **What you need to succeed**: - You have minimum 4 years of professional experience in SEA / SEM - You have several years of experience with tools and technologies used in the SEA context (e.
