**At C&A we're at the beginning of our digital transformation, and it's going to revolutionize the way technology interacts with our business. As we embrace the digital era, we have started a business wide green field SAP implementation, and we are now looking for a number of key hires to drive us forward into the next stages of this phase.**

**The Team**:
**This is an exciting opportunity to join our amazing Technology Domain to lead and support the overall green field approach to our SAP program focusing around strategy, implementation and development of the new SAP system at C&A. You will be working closely with both technology and businesses Senior stakeholders. As a part of this team, you will be responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the program by coordinating activities between the multiple projects.**

**The Role**:

- ** Plan and design the program and proactively monitor its progress**:

- ** Define the program governance**:

- ** Ensure effective quality assurance and overall integrity of the program**:

- ** Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external partners**:

- **Work closely with key stakeholders (project sponsor, project managers, business navigator etc.) to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing of new initiatives**:

- ** Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks**

**What we expect from you**:

- ** Experience in leading and implementing complex green field projects of a larger scale**:

- ** At least 5 years of IT and SAP experience implementing projects**:

- ** Experience in leading multiple teams as a Program Manager**:

- ** Strong communication, and project and stakeholder management skills**:

- ** Problem solving mindset**:

- ** Fluent English language (written and spoken)**
