Project Management Officer

As a PMO (f/m/d) you are capable of managing multiple international internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the smooth rollout of our innovative and strategic cloud-based health tools by taking care of the administrative side of the rollout projects.

Tasks
- Act as PMO for various tool rollout projects, thereby taking full ownership for all ongoing and upcoming rollout activities across tools and regions
- Be in charge of steering all project stakeholders incl. tracking milestone achievement and deliverables, prioritization of topics, conflict resolution, enabling and motivating the teams and pushing forward the projects
- Continuously keep an eye on the overall rollout timeline and ongoing rollout activities, monitor progress, anticipate potential risks, detect deviations from the plan and derive and initiate appropriate mitigation actions
- Closely align rollout targets and tasks with the project stakeholders, esp. w.r.t. timelines, resources and requirements.
- Build the bridge between all internal stakeholders (esp. product teams, data scientists, business colleagues and the ADH management) as well as the global Allianz operating entities
- Develop strategic concepts, conduct in-depth analysis and prepare decision-making documents
- Global identification and alignment of tool requirements to meet business needs, ensuring the successful rollout and usage of the tool
- Support the planning and controlling process of ADH

**Requirements**:

- You hold a Master degree (or Bachelor with comparable work experience) in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or a similar degree
- You have substantial knowledge and experience in (multi) project management of IT projects or consultancy in an agile environment
- You have at least 4 years of work experience in consulting, business development, product management, project management or corporate strategy; experience in a start-up environment is a plus
- Ideally, you are experienced in the (health) insurance or financial services sector
- With high dedication, commitment and willingness to take ownership you are striving for successful project execution and continuous improvement
- You are well structured, self-organized as well as strong in communication and conflict resolution
- You are a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, a hands-on mentality, and strong problem-solving skills
- You have advanced knowledge in MS Office (esp. Excel and Powerpoint)
- You are fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
