**Job Purpose/Role**- You continuously seek out ways to improve the processes, practice, and culture of Design within the company-
- You provide expertise and consult in bringing the design culture to life in concrete projects- You define the metrics used to measure success of UX within the company- You are an advocate for human-centered design and research- You drive and develop a cross-functional design and User Experience community- You will closely work together with the team members located in Lisbon

**Your qualifications**- Experience with UX methodologies and processes (e.g. creating user personas, user journey maps, IA diagrams)- Excellent communication skills and enjoy working with many different stakeholders and teams ideally- Knowledge in implementing UX KPIs to validate UX measures-
- Experience and ability to work in agile projects- You have already worked with a design system or are willing to acquire this knowledge as part of the induction process- Good German skills (written and spoken)- Experience in a complex non-design-led organization is a plus- Experience in a Design Ops team and knowledge of Portuguese language are nice to have
