WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Leadership of the assembly management team
- Support, promotion and further development of the team members
- Control of the repair of assemblies for national and international customers as well as the in-service activities
- Mounting as well as controlling of the assembly cycles
- Contact person for internal and external stakeholders
- Analysis and adjustment of processes
- Ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements (e.g. compliance)
- Support of special projects and tasks

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed technical or business studies or a successfully completed apprenticeship with additional qualification as well as corresponding professional experience
- Several years of professional and management experience in the required field of activity
- Knowledge of the metalworking industry desirable
- Very good knowledge of supply chain management
- Good technical and logístical understanding
- Good knowledge of German and English in written and spoken form
- Strong communication and organizational skills
