KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
LIGHTBOX ROLLOUTS
Ensure database is up to date (measurements, delivery address, contact person, airport status).
Translation review for the specific airport.
Proof approvals (sizes, translations, logos, dimensions, copy) for their top door airport.
Coordinate shipment and installation with retailer for the top door designated.
In some cases, you may need to liase, with the local supplier, organizing printing and installation.
Share report with snagging and pictures with Office Visual Merchandising team as well as the Project management team

VM COLLATERALS
Ensure stock is in place prior to campaign launch (together with the SEE).
Ensure all VM elements are correctly shipped and delivered.
Align with BA's, retailer and SEE's on proper execution of the campaign.
Work with Customs Office to process shipments through customs.
Share report with snagging and pictures with Office VM/Marketing.

HPP & SPP
Liase with retailer/contractor for installation.
Ensure VM elements and collateral arrives on time.
Align with SEE's/Marketing on the delivery of GWP’s.
Merchandise on counter with direction from SEE/ FVM/ OVM.
Work together with the FVM and SEE to ensure the product allocation is relevant to the market and to the customer flow (make necessary adjustment on site).
Do the snagging lists and work closely with the shopfitter to solve all the issues.

STORE INSTALLATIONS
Liase with retailer/contractor for installation.
Visit shopfitter’s warehouses to check the equipment prior to the installation.
Work with Customs Office to process shipments through customs.
Ensure stock and assortment together with SEE is ready for on-countering.
Merchandise per planograms and/ or adjustments based on TRWW & The branded Office VM.

Collect & compile snagging and work closely with the shopfitter and office SDVM to solve all the issues.

STORE VISIT

Work closely with the BAs for all brands, education of the store teams, to align the merchandising according to the planogram.
Ensure all the brands are aligned with the current visual rollout / guidelines.Competitor reports in the top door.
Liase with SEEs to Merchandise the counter according to the guidelines and MOB.
Work on maintenance reports and follow up with the shopfitter, retailer and PM team to solve any issues.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:
3+ Years of retail merchandising or related field experience preferred.
Strong organization, follow up and prioritization skills.
Ability to Travel 75% of the time.
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate with Associates at different levels.
Ability to self
- manage and work well independently.
Deadline oriented and possess superior organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
