**GG Brands** offers via its brands JewelCandle & OZOI, inventive scented products such as candles, diffusers, and essential oils that are loved by our customers in more than 8 European countries. Headquartered in Berlin, we are expanding very fast and therefore always looking for new highly motivated team members who share our vision, to disrupt the scented products industry and become a globally successful and renowned company.

We are looking for a** Product Owner (**f/m/x) to support the company in scaling and maintaining our growth in Europe, by ensuring our product strategy is efficiently communicated and effectively executed with all aspects of Shopify at GG Brands for multiple brands under a single, cohesive vision.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Working with our IT Team, you’ll ensure that the Shopify team ships the right features at the right time for our customers
- Set the product vision and roadmap together with relevant business stakeholders.
- Be bold and take accountability and be ultimately responsible for the delivery of stakeholder projects/products including documentation.
- Collect and evaluate business requirements or feature requests and translate them into corresponding projects/epics/tasks.
- Prioritize the needs and objectives of the stakeholders, juggling scope, budget and time.
- Develop, grow and manage the product backlog.
- Contribute to the planning, execution and review / test of each development / design sprint.
- Work with the team to continuously refine and improve our processes.

**Your Profile**
- 3+ years of experience as a (technical) product owner and (technical) project manager.
- You have a successfully completed a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- You have a deep understanding of digital product development in agile organisations or start-ups, ideally in e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and visualize significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- You have proven experience in building new products in cross-functional/international based collaboration.
- You have a strong knowledge of end-to-end web technologies.
- Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills, as well as problem-solving and scalable approaches
- Ideally, you have experience with PIM, SaaS and middleware systems.
- Having experience with B2C and B2B markets and processes is a plus.
- Business fluent in English, German is a plus
