Offshore Service Administrator

**Your responsibilities**

As Service Administrator you report to the Service Manager and provide general administration support to the Site Manager, Site Supervisor and Offshore Service Technicians as required. You are a proactive contributor and driver of personnel welfare on Site and ensure an efficient working environment. The Site Administrator is an elementary part of the O&M Team and a key interconnect between the offshore and the office team.
- Provide administrative and secretarial assistance to Service Manager, Site Supervisor and Offshore Service Technician
- Carry out the turbine related administration duties related to the daily operations of the windfarm, including
- Customer meetings
- This includes: submission of reports, data handling and documentation, planning activities, interfacing within Vestas on specific continuous improvement, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
- Coordinate training plan
- Liasing with local Suppliers as relevant e.g. cleaning company, security, waste management company
- Site related purchases
- Creating and maintaining Site handbook

**Your qualifications and competencies**
- Administrative experience
- Full Driving Licence
- IT Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & SharePoint
- User of ERP system (SAP / Microsoft AX)
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills (multi-site liaison required)
- Adaptability: Able to switch easily between tasks
- Quality minded and shows attention to detail
- Consulting skills
- Outgoing personality
