**Responsibilities**:
**End-to-End Warehouse Operations Management**
- Supervise **inbound** (goods receipt, inspection, registration, storage) and **outbound** (order picking, packaging, shipping) processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Optimize storage layouts and operational workflows to maximize space utilization and productivity.

**Quality & Inventory Control**
- **Inbound**: Verify quantity, specifications, and quality of received goods; address discrepancies (damage/shortages).
- **Outbound**: Ensure order accuracy, oversee secure packaging, and minimize shipment damage risks.

**Team Leadership & Development**
- Manage inbound/outbound teams, assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct training to enhance team capabilities.

**Systems & Data Integrity**
- Operate WMS to record real-time inventory movements; maintain data accuracy and update logs regularly.

**Problem Resolution & Timeliness**
- Resolve operational issues (delayed inbound, stockouts/shipping errors) by coordinating with procurement/logistics teams.
- Ensure on-time order fulfillment to meet customer requirements.

**Safety & Equipment Compliance**
- Enforce safety protocols for high-bay racking operations; maintain equipment (scanners, forklifts).

**Reporting & Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Report KPIs (efficiency, exceptions, improvements) to supervisors.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics for end-to-end supply chain efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Fresh graduates accepted).
- **Experience & Skills**:Proficiency in WMS and high-bay warehouse operations; Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to thrive under pressure.
- **Language**:Fluent in English, German, and Mandarin** (written and spoken).
- **Preferred**:Valid German driver’s license; Experience in e-commerce/manufacturing logistics.
