In this role, you will support our demand generation efforts to attract, engage, and convert leads through digital campaigns, content marketing, and automation tools. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing and learn how to drive measurable growth. **What you will do**: - Help maintain and segment the CRM database for targeted outreach - Collaborate with the creative team to develop campaign assets such as landing pages, ebooks, brochures - Create and update marketing content and landing pages in our Content Management System (CMS), ensuring all pages are optimized for SEO and aligned with our brand voice - Assist in event and webinar organization to drive engagement and pipeline growth - Support the management and nurturing of relationships with our partners and affiliates, coordinating joint marketing initiatives and ensuring consistent communication **What you will need to succeed**: - Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a quantitative field - A proven interest in digital marketing, analytics, or sales/revenue operations - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must; familiarity with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or BI tool (e.g., Looker) is a strong plus - Analytical skills with an ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable insights—you enjoy asking "why" and "what if" - Strong soft skills, including excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, to thrive in our collaborative environment, and a high degree of adaptability and emotional intelligence when interacting with colleagues and partners across all levels - Excellent communication skills in English and German **What's in it for you**: - **Free Urban Sports Club L Pro Membership + Friends and Family Discount**: Stay active with free membership, plus discounts for friends and family. - **Flexible Work Model**: Enjoy a hybrid work setup, balancing on-site and remote work options to fit your lifestyle. - **Extended Remote Work Options**: Work up to 120 days remotely within the EU, the UK, and Switzerland, including 30 days outside the EU.
