**Your Tasks**:
As an experienced leader in the Security Operations Center environment, you will build and continuously develop our service and support team. You will take responsibility for the design and implementation of our Rhebo GmbH von ITmitte.de Managed Service up to SOC architectures and plan customer deployments in coordination with the team leaders from sales and development. Together with your team, you ensure high-quality service for users throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your team accompanies the commissioning of our monitoring solution, the security analysis and troubleshooting in the customer network and provides support for all technical issues.
- Establishment, management and further development of a managed Security Service Team
- Design and implementation of SOC architectures
- Responsibility for SOC projects throughout the entire project lifecycle - from the pre-sales phase to operation in internal network of the customer
- Technical support in the planning and implementation of our monitoring solution, security analysis and troubleshooting of system failures
- Further development of our portfolio and conception of new solutions in close cooperation with the specialist teams
- Support in sales activities and in the preparation of offers
**What you bring to the job**:
- Successfully completed technical studies, e.g. electrical engineering or computer science, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in setting up and operating a security operations center
- Experience in consulting and/or implementation of SIEM systems, ideally in an OT environment
- Experience in agile project management methods with scrum an advantage
- Ability to quickly analyze and understand complex problems and their relationship to the customer business
- Independent and structured way of working
- Convincing appearance, empathy and friendly communication style
- Flexible willingness to travel in the D/A/CH region
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
