As we continually strive to improve and expand our product range based on our insights, we’re looking for a new OTD and Logistics Specialist (M/F/d) to help continue our success across the region.

The position is offered on a Hybrid working basis with travel to our Munich office as required.

What you will do- Order entry and support in SAP S4/Hana- Support with administrative activities in day-to-day operations- Processing customer inquiries and complaints in the event of delivery backlogs and price differences- Operational reporting in order management- Maintenance of data in the customer master system (SAP S4/Hana)- Analysis and optimization of existing processes- Identification of potential savings- Container management

What you need to succeed- Experience and training gained within Logistics and/or a Logistics qualification- Experience gained in, or exposure to, Container Management- Proficient working with SAP S4/Hana, as well as with MS Office (Excel)- Structured and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy- A mindset of ownership and enjoyment of optimizing processes- You value personal interaction and are always ready to support your colleagues- A fluent German speaker and a very good command of English
