Marketing Program Assistant Nf-03

**Duties**:

- Research, compile and/or write entertainment listings, soft feature items and extended cutlines for niche product to include print and electronic mediums. Photograph community events.
- Assists with developing content of niche product by suggesting story ideas and keeping management up to date on community events.
- Attends community briefings, events and functions as a representative for the organization.
- Provide full range of administrative and clerical support duties.
- Serves as the central point of contact for matters related to day-to-day operations.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Army (USAREUR) Certificate of license.
- Tour of duty will include occasional evening and weekends as events schedule dictates.

**Qualifications**:

- Progressively responsible work experience at or equivalent to, the work of the position to be filled. Must possess strong written and oral communication skills in English; have working knowledge of MS office; experience with digital photography; type 40wpm; have excellent organizational skills and be able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Best Qualified criteria:
- Experience in Web Content and social media account management via meta or other scheduling software.
- Experience using both Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, In Design, or Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams,

Sharepoint) in a classroom or work setting to create, update, and publish marketing materials.

- Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.

**Pay-Band Allowances and Differential**s
- Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. **_If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay._** Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
- Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Night differential may be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.

**Foreign Overseas Allowances**
- Allowances, differentials, or incentives will not be paid.
