Working Student Customer Success

Your mission
- You support the Customer Success Team in the areas of Operations and Account Management
- You ensure that our customer data is up to date and thus make a significant contribution to the smooth running of our processes
- You take over the independent and autonomous vacation representation for the area of CS Operations, including data preparation and coordination with our sales managers, account creation taking into account the booked scope as well as the briefing of our CSMs and AMs. In this way, you will play a decisive role in setting the course for future customer success
**Profile**:
- You are a registered student of economics or a comparable course of study
- You are available for 15-20 hours per week
- You are quick on the uptake, work independently and conscientiously
- You have an affinity for the IT industry and enjoy direct and indirect customer contact
- Ideally you have first practical experience in the field of customer support in a Saas company
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
