realworld one’s customers include several major, well-known companies such as Lonza, Illumina, ZEISS, Bio-Rad, Agilent Technologies, Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, Becton Dickinson, QIAGEN, Hologic, GEA Group, Leica Microsystems, and Tecan among many others.
- With its comprehensive scientific and industry expertise, realworld one has developed a systematic approach to implementing VR and AR within the areas of sales and marketing, service and support, research and development, as well as manufacturing and production.
- At present, the company employs around 300 people at its headquarters in Freiburg im Breisgau (Germany) and at other locations in Berlin (Germany), San Diego (USA), Austin (USA), Bangalore (India), and Guangzhou (China).

**Business Development Associate (M/F/d)**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Department and your own team to boost the business
- Be part of our young, dynamic team and proactively share your own ideas for the whole Sales process from research to closing
- Work with our state-of-the-art business software to track and document your work (Salesforce)
- Build trust with potential customers and convince them to work with us while representing realworld one and our company values
- Plan, organize and hold meetings at our HQ or at the client’s location, to demonstrate our exceptional Virtual Reality software solutions

**Your profile**:

- Driven and motivated with the skills to manage time and resources effectively
- Eager to grow in a fast-paced environment and dedicated to the team/company success
- Empathetic, cooperative and friendly personality
- Great communication skills and complete fluency in German and English
- Previous experience in Sales or working with customers from our target industries (life sciences, pharmaceutical, chemical and processing industries) is plus
