**What you’ll be doing**:

- Guide users through digital banking and payment solutions
- Offer advice, troubleshoot issues and provide practical best-practice tips
- Handle questions about new and existing services, always with professionalism
- Solve customer issues efficiently and maintain strong satisfaction levels
- Support the overall customer journey to increase engagement and loyalty
- Work towards personal and team targets in a structured environment

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in German and strong English skills
- Previous customer support experience is helpful, but not required
- Interest in fintech, digital payments or online banking
- Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented approach
- Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Team mindset and a sense of responsibility in your work
