**Your mission**:
We’re looking for a hands-on **CRM & Automation Expert** to help evolve Banxware’s internal automation and customer engagement infrastructure. You’ll play a foundational role in enabling **Marketing, Growth, and Operations** teams to move faster and more effectively—through scalable systems, smart workflows, and structured data.

**Your responsibilities**
- Partner with Growth and Marketing to implement and optimize lead generation and growth mechanics
- Build automation workflows across CRM and third-party tools to support core business processes like lead capture, user onboarding, and partner operations
- Maintain clean, well-structured data pipelines between platforms (CRM, product, operations, data warehouse)
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to manage integrations and API-based automation use cases
- Develop clear documentation and train internal stakeholders on CRM tooling
- Monitor and continuously improve system performance, automation reliability, and compliance (including GDPR)

**Your profile**:
**Your profile**
- 2-4 years of experience in CRM systems, automation tooling, or marketing operations
- You think in **systems** and enjoy connecting tools and workflows in logical, efficient ways - with a focus on reliability and scalability
- You’re proactive and love simplifying manual processes through automation, always documenting along the way
- You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You’re comfortable navigating structured data, even if you're not a developer
- You enjoy being part of a collaborative, cross-functional team and take ownership of your domain
- Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
