Freight Forwarder

**Your responsibilities**:

- Planning FTL and LTL transport
- Active searching for new transport orders
- Researching and planning the most suitable route for shipments, taking into account the nature of the goods, costs, transit time and safety
- Proactively acquiring new customers and carriers, as well as maintaining and developing cooperation with existing carriers and customers and building lasting relationships
- Providing customers with professional consultations regarding transport services and ensuring continuous communication during each transport operation
- Negotiating rates, setting transport conditions
- Monitoring the fulfilment of transport orders
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that customer needs are met

**Our requirements**:

- Experience in international freight forwarding, preferably more than 3 years (**necessary condition**)
- Practical knowledge of the haulier and customer markets
- Own customer base
- Excellent ability to organise your own work
- Knowledge of national and international freight exchanges
