**About The Position**

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and people-loving **Sales Operations Coordinator** to support our Automotive global sales and operations teams. As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in streamlining and optimizing our sales processes in the Automotive Business Unit. You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the sales team, manage CRM and ERP data, and collaborate across departments and Business Units to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our automotive partners and customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary operational support for the automotive sales team, the EVP, and the Site Manager.
- Manage and update customer data, opportunities, and orders in Salesforce and SAP systems.
- Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups related to sales activities and Customers’ engagements.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Production, Project Managers, Programming, Logistics, and Customer Support to ensure operational alignment.
- Work closely with the Finance team.
- Create and maintain sales reports, forecasts, dashboards, and pipeline overviews, Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in preparing proposals, pricing documents, contracts, and other sales documentation.
- Ensure sales operations follow company procedures.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or a related role, ideally within the automotive sector or a B2B technical environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and SAP.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Self-driven and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with OEMs or Tier 1 automotive suppliers - an advantage.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting, KPI tracking, and cross-functional project collaboration - an advantage.
