**Start Date**: 15 February 2026

**Duration**:6 months

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Local and international trainings: actively support the organization and implementation and learn how to work with various stakeholders
- Actively shape BAT's Learning & Development portfolio and incorporate your innovative ideas
- Support in creating learning paths and the administration of our internal learning platform
- L&D projects: Work independently on topics and projects related to Talent Management
- Trade fairs and events: Be part of the preparation and implementation and gain valuable experience
- Employer Branding projects: Work on topics related to campus marketing/social media and gain insights into the Employer Branding strategies of our markets

**What are we looking for?**

- Very good English and German skills
- Strong communication skills and openness
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Strong analytical skills
- Confident with Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideally initial practical experience in human resources or marketing
