**Your responsibilities**:

- Define and drive the **product vision and strategy of our mobile apps** based on our overall company vision, goals, and values.
- ** Lead the ideation and launch of innovative features for our newly launched YAS.beneFit and customizable B2B white-label apps** for insurers and corporates through **hands-on collaboration** in our cross-functional teams.
- ** Guide and coach the Product and Design Team** by defining and owning the product roadmap and lead by example, helping your team members in both their personal and professional development.
- ** Focus on our users** by organizing frequent user research projects, usability tests, and frequent interactions with our customers and users.
- Nurture a **data-based culture** by setting and monitoring strategic KPIs to measure the performance and purposeful development of our products.
- ** Collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams**, especially with our engineering as well as the business development team for close cooperation regarding our B2B partners.
- ** Ensure the growth and success of our B2B projects** by implementing and developing scalable products.
- Show your **entrepreneurial mindset by supporting our CEO** in representing YAS.life at conferences and sales meetings with potential B2B partners.

**Your Profile**:

- You are a **visionary product leader** with a **proven track record in product discovery and agile development in a mobile B2C & B2B environment, **preferable **in Digital Health or InsurTech** environments.
- You have the ability to** focus on our user needs**. You gain knowledge about user target groups through the latest research methodologies and put your insights first when planning new product features.
- You are a **strong communicator**, fluent in English and German to define concise clear product requirements and documentation with scope and deliverables as well as clear goals within your team.
- You are a **self-driven, self-organized, problem-solving, and dedicated team leader** who wants a job with a purpose and the chance to take your career and our products into the next dimension.
- You are an **empathic, creative, and outgoing personality with a growth mentality**, both in regards to your own role within the company and to the expansion of YAS.life.
- You have a **passion for digital InsurTech and Digital Health products**,** gamification** topics as well as an intrinsic motivation to stay healthy
