Doctolib sucht Dich als **Werkstudent: in im Sales Support (x/f/m)** an unserem Standort in Köln. In dieser Position unterstützt du das Team bei Implementierung unserer SaaS-Lösung und beim Onboarding unserer Kund: innen.

**Deine Aufgaben**:
Als Werkstudent: in unterstützt Du uns dabei in folgenden Aufgabenbereichen:

- Du stehst im regelmäßigen Austausch mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern (Arztpraxen, Sales, Projektmanagement, etc.) um Dein Team im Vertragsmanagement zu unterstützen
- Du bist zuständig für die Erstellung und Präsentation von Vertriebsreports mit Hilfe unseres CRM-Systems Salesforce
- Du begleitest und unterstützt Dein Team bei der Schulung unser Neukund: innen, um einen reibungslosen Übergang zu Doctolib zu garantieren
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du unsere Sales
- und Projektmanagement-Teams bei allen weiteren anfallenden Aufgaben im Alltag und übernimmst auch eigene Projekte

**Dein Profil**:

- Du konntest im Idealfall bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Kund: innen, im Projektmanagement und Sales o.ä. sammeln
- Du bist strukturiert und behältst auch in stressigen Phasen den Überblick
- Du arbeitest gerne lösungs
- und detailorientiert und bringst eine technische Affinität mit
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
