**Market Deployment Specialist (M/F/x)**

The Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team enhances the complete customer journey, starting from when the customers learn about AGCO´s products and farming solutions through their entire performance life cycle. The Market Deployment Specialist (MDS) leads DCX deployment in a given market (or market cluster) following the co-deployment approach together with the brands according to the defined methodology. The MDS is responsible for planning and preparation of deployments for a certain set of DCX products according to the master planning and it's timely and high quality execution. The MDS is an integral part of the Digital Transformation Office (DTO).

**This is what you can expect**
- Deployment management and all activities aligned with it like stakeholder management, deployment and training coordination, quality assurance, status and progress reporting tasks
- Responsibility for planning and preparation of the market deployment together with the brand with adapting the approach to the local specificities of the market
- Securing regular communication to Dealers Principals as well as continuously reporting to the brands and the Digital central organization including escalating issues and risks
- Responsibility for local market planning and adapting central concepts, enabling roll-out, managing the deployment project, coordinating and steering the involved teams from the brand, the Digital team and external support if applicable
- Proactive management of stakeholders in the market and reports out the status and deployment progress in terms of quantitative and qualitative KPIs
- Authority to plan Budget in the market and represent Digital in the market
- Coordination of all deployment activities in collaboration with all involved parties (Brand Sales and Marketing, Distribution Management, Digital product teams, DTO, AGCO Academy DSC) and to coordinate and steer external support if applicable

**This is what you will contribute**
- Relevant Bachelor´s degree, professional training or equivalent
- Project Management experience, preferred in an agile environment including experience with training and deployment of digital tools
- Experience in the agricultural industry or equivalent preferred
- business fluent in English and German in combination with outstanding communication skills and a strong ability to build (internal) networks
- willingness to travel
