**Associate Director (gn) DMPK**:

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Representing DMPK on small and large molecule research program teams
- Responsible for in vitro ADME and animal PK study design and execution, data analysis and PK/PD correlation analysis
- Designing, implementing, driving, and monitoring program related DMPK strategies
- Closely collaborating with internal teams and external partners to execute discovery and development program team objectives
- Interacting with internal bioanalytical team members as well as CROs for the development, transfer and validation of bioanalytical assays
- Contributing to regulatory documents and leading the resolution of ADME and non-clinical PK queries from drug regulatory agencies
- Option to develop into the role of a Clinical Pharmacologist

**Job Qualifications**:

- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field required
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the biopharma industry in a DMPK role and proven ability to represent DMPK on project teams and with external partners
- Experience partnering with Clinical Pharmacology, CMC, Translational Science and Discovery colleagues to ensure relevant PK/PD and DMPK strategy is developed
- Ideally experience with IND or CTA submissions and regulatory interactions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
