Tasks We are looking for you to support our area ContiTech at the location Karben. **Your tasks will focus on the following activities**: Providing aligned strategical and regional direction on supply chain management within and across locations Defining annual targets for plant supply chain management teams, including KPI tracking and optimization Supporting plant SCM in establishing local processes and as central interface to central functions and projects Optimization of working capital "Inventory Management" along the entire supply chain for the region in collaboration with BA MFS Central functions as well as inventory responsibility for the region Supporting SCM cost controlling/freight, warehousing, special freights Driving the plants towards zero incidents and zero accidents in the warehouses Functional leading of the plant supply chain managers and teams Interfacing for the regional Operation Heads and the Segments within the Business Area MFS Supporting in BA comprehensive SCM projects of ContiTech group sector Driving the plant supply chain teams to provide highly reliable and consistent demand and master data to both internal and external customers in SAP **Qualifications**: University degree in supply chain management, business administration or equivalent Several years of experience in Supply Chain Management Several years of experience in automotive industry, ideally in different functional areas (e.g. production management, SCM, product development) Leadership experience in a cross-cultural work environment and open to work in international teams Project management experience preferred Very good skills in MS Office and SAP (WM, MM) Very good English skills (spoken and written) High willingness for business trips within Europe and abroad Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
