Aufgaben
- As a Customer Support Agent (M/F/d) you are actively involved in advising and developing the relationship with our customers
- Support the entire process from first contact to closing and always be a competent contact person
- Digital and on the phone: Represent pulsproject as a digital financing platform for SMEs, support our customers in onboarding into the system, answer questions
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the products by analyzing customer feedback
Qualifikation
- Interested in a new challenge
- Customer and service orientation
- Enjoy interacting with people as well as a positive attitude and commitment to achieve self-set goals
- Team play, and a good grasp of things characterize you, as well as a strong motivation for consulting over the phone (no cold calling)
- A Good written and spoken German, good English skills complete the profile
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Google G-Suite
